Your illustrations often depict nudity. What exactly is it about the naked form that makes you draw it so often?
I probably do thus less than I used to, because my pornography work aside, I typically comprise nudity when it's germane to what is happening. But https://familynudism.club is just entertaining. The body is fun to draw.
Given the American empathy toward nudity, does this influence your work and what you put in your books or what you publish? Or how or where you print it?
Yes. In my forthcoming novel, MAXIMUM MINIMUM WAGE(out Spring 2013 from Image Comics), I went in and actually toned down some of the more obvious, or arguably gratuitous, nudity in hopes of reaching a larger audience rather than scaring away some more conservative retailers. So, yeah, it's a matter you need to consider. I 've a prose novel I've wanted to compose place in Hell, and the cursed souls are unclothed inside it. My agent really supported me to tone down the nudity in a publication which was only text. I chose not to because that's taking it too far. Additionally , I tabled the book for now, but for other reasons. But America is pretty weird about sex and nudity. It is a society obsessed with the prurient but totally at odds with its nature.
Well now we need to ask. Is it more enjoyable to draw male bits or female bits?
Male is funnier, female is more gratifying.

Do you believe anything should be censored? And where would you draw the line?
Yes. This really is getting a bit dark, but anything involving children. But even there I assume context is everything. If you merely described some of the stuff they have really depicted on South Park you might balk. But they are able to get away with some pretty inappropriate things because they are masters at weighing the scale completely on the humor. I draw the line occasionally taking into consideration the market. But in spite of what many people might think, I Have only normally calmed down on specific issues. On the other hand, I did tone down Pariah. My first draft got considerably darker and uglier in certain pictures and I pared that back to help it become more palatable. Sometimes too much is too much, you know?
Do you feel ripped about the self censorship?
Not really. There's a time and a location. If https://allnudism.xyz is a distraction and does not function the storyline it possibly does not need to be there. But there is something to be said for alternative variations, certainly. I like that kind of thing. It is having your cake and eating it nude.
Does one think non sexual nudity should be censored?
It is about context. I adore to depict nudity, but there is a time and a location. So, there's no tough, firm, solution for that.
What do you think of the Nipplegate incident as well as the recent case of an Austrian museum censoring its promotional art poster of nude men? Can you think this type of censorship has become more widespread? Is that satisfactory?

And the redrawn version makes no sense in the slightest. It is not a gag any more. As for the Vienna thing, since those a public kiosks I think it makes more sense to cover the male pieces. If they were covering them at the real exhibition that would be another issue.

Any thoughts on this or why there was such a difference in reaction to them? Should only particular kinds of nudity be censored in public?
Okay, this points out several things. Some would assert that it is because female genitalia is internal (although these days, with some many women totally waxed, one could assert you are able to see plenty of the intimate human body), while men's bits are completely on show.
